Company profiles are public. People profiles are opt-in and never searchable by phone or email.
A score is a claim. We show our working.
Most reputation products hand you a number and ask you to trust it. A number without its evidence is just an opinion with better typography.
- Missing data is missing data. A company with no reviews yet is not a risky company. Thin evidence shows as "Insufficient data", never as a low score.
- Confidence is separate from score. One measures reputation, the other measures how much we actually know. Both are always on screen.
- Every model version is frozen. A score computed in March is reproducible in November, because the formula that produced it is immutable and named.
- Money buys tools, not standing. No plan, ad spend or subscription moves a score or removes a legitimate review.

Questions people actually ask
From a published, versioned model. Each component and weight is listed on the profile alongside the evidence date and a confidence figure. When there is not enough evidence, the profile shows "Insufficient data" instead of a low score.
